Awards:
Red Dot Design Award 2009. In the world's biggest and most prestigious design competition, Jacob Schlaepfer scooped two awards for product design: <<Phantom>> recieved the 2009 <<Best of the Best>> Red Dot Design Award in the textiles category, while <<Glinka>> wall covering collection was awarded the <<Highest Distinction for Design Quality>>.
Prix de l'imagination 2009 was awarded to Jakob Schlaepfer by Premiere Vision in Paris for their innovative work in attaching laser cut foam, layered with fabric, to tulle.
Robb Report: Best of the Best 2009. The American luxury lifestyle magazine, the Robb Report - subtitled: The Global Luxury Source - named Jakob Schlaepfer as the winner in the <<Décor>> category.
